Hi, I’m Julia Teichroeb, a Partner here at JCJ Residential Services and a proud third-generation in the construction business. With over 15 years of experience in business management, I bring a passion for organization, efficiency, and connecting with people to our team.

When you call or email JCJ Residential Services, I’ll be your first point of contact, guiding you through the process from start to finish. I love chatting with clients and answering any questions you might have—I’m here to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Community involvement is who I am at my core. I grew up watching my grandparents (Clevett's Appliance Repairs) serve our community, and that example shaped the way I lead as a business owner today.

​

In 2025, I was honoured to receive the Brandon Chamber’s Top 4 Under 40 Award. I independently relaunched Alexander Spring Sports in 2024 and continue to manage the program and coach multiple teams. I’m also involved in multiple Alexander community committees, serve on the Assiniboine College Alumni Association Board, and sit on the Brandon Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee.

I’m passionate about mentoring students and supporting new business owners whenever I can.

 

I’m also a proud mom to two wonderful kids: Wrenley, who is four, and Roxie, who is one. Being part of a family-focused business allows me to carry on a legacy while making a difference in the lives of our clients and our community.

Hi, I’m Joe Teichroeb, a Partner at JCJ Residential Services. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in trades and construction management, I bring practical knowledge, efficiency, and strong problem-solving skills to every project we take on.

 

I’m also a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and the owner of Just Call Joe Inspections, which gives me a unique understanding of how homes are built, how they perform over time, and what it takes to do a job properly, not just cosmetically, but structurally.

My inspection background means I naturally look at homes a little differently. I think about what’s happening behind the walls, how materials will hold up long term, and whether the work will truly stand the test of time. That perspective carries into every repair, upgrade, and renovation we complete.

 

Whether it’s drywall repairs, trim work, or larger renovation projects, I take pride in delivering quality workmanship and results that last.

Outside of work, I’m big into BBQ and would definitely consider myself a foodie. I love cooking all kinds of cuisine, and I’m always up for talking recipes, techniques, or trying something new. I also enjoy the outdoors; hunting, camping, and exploring whenever I get the chance.

I’m always looking to learn and improve, whether that’s refining my skills in the trades or connecting with other business owners to continually strengthen and grow both of our companies.

 

At the end of the day, I take pride in what we build — in homes, in business, and in the community.

Hi, I’m Bill, and I bring over 40 years of painting experience to JCJ Residential Services. I got my start in the early 1980s working alongside my brother, and since then, I’ve tackled a wide range of projects, from residential homes to commercial spaces, including jobs up in Northern Manitoba.

 

Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for precision, a strong work ethic, and leading teams to get the job done right.

​

I specialize in stipple removal, drywall repairs, and interior and exterior painting, focusing on proper preparation, clean lines, and smooth finishes that leave every space looking refreshed.

I’m proud to lead our painting department, bringing experience, steady guidance, and a hands-on approach to every project.

​

Outside of work, I’m a big NFL and NHL fan (Go Jets!), enjoy curling, love animals, and would tell you without hesitation that my granddaughter is my whole world.

Hi, I’m Jim, Social Media Manager and Labourer here at JCJ Residential Services. I bring a unique hybrid skillset to the team, combining over 12 years of hands-on experience in the trades with newly earned qualifications in media and communications.

I’ve been involved in the construction world since I was 16, starting in a lumber yard and later working in various construction roles. Today, you’ll find me both in the field alongside our technicians assisting with on-site repairs, and in the office creating and managing all of JCJ Residential Services’ social media content.

I’m a recent graduate of Assiniboine College’s Media & Communications program, and I love being able to blend creativity with practical trade knowledge to support the work we do and the clients we help.

Outside of work, I enjoy gaming, movies, and spending time with friends and family. I’m excited to be part of the JCJ team and contribute to a company that values community, quality, and the “little things”. 

Hi, I’m Lucy, and I’m proud to be part of the JCJ Residential Services team. I bring over 13 years of experience in finance, and I’m known for being detail-oriented, dependable, and a strong team player. I’m passionate about delivering excellent service and building genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients.

I was drawn to JCJ Residential Services because of the company’s integrity, teamwork, and commitment to doing things the right way. JCJR has a reputation not only for quality work, but also for fostering a positive, supportive work culture; something that truly stood out to me.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to music, and cooking. I’m grateful to be part of a team that cares deeply about making a difference in the homes and lives of our clients, and I’m excited for all that lies ahead.

Hi, I’m Adam, a casual labourer with JCJ Residential Services. Born and raised in Brandon, MB, you might know me from my work with the Pool Doctor.

 

I bring a strong work ethic, hands-on experience, and a practical approach to every job I help with, making sure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

​

I’m passionate about the outdoors and love spending my free time hunting, fishing, ice fishing, smoking meat, and enjoying both winter and summer camping adventures. Being outside is a big part of who I am, and I bring that same energy and dedication to every project I work on.
