What You’ll Do
-Renovations & Installations – Work on kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces, handling framing, drywall, flooring, trim, doors, and custom shelving.
-Repairs & Maintenance – Patch drywall, replace flooring, install baseboards, and perform general home fixes.
-Painting – Tackle both small touch-ups and full-room painting projects.
-Light Plumbing & Electrical – Handle minor fixture replacements, leaks, and simple electrical swaps.
-Customer Service – Work in occupied homes, ensuring a professional and friendly experience for clients.
-Quoting & Job Planning – After a probationary period, you’ll be responsible for quoting jobs and planning projects.
-Mentorship – Lead and develop a carpentry apprentice, sharing your expertise and ensuring quality workmanship.

What We’re Looking For
-Red Seal Carpenter certification
-Strong all-around skill set – Comfortable with renovations, maintenance, and repairs
-Excellent customer service skills – Able to read social cues and work professionally in occupied homes
-Enjoys variety – Looking for a mix of hands-on work and problem-solving
-Detail-oriented and reliable – Takes pride in quality workmanship
-Willing to mentor and lead an apprentice
-Team player – Enjoys working as part of a team that supports and lifts each other up
-Valid driver’s license
-Owns necessary carpentry tools – Must have tools required for most carpentry work; specialty tools will be provided.
