JCJ Residential Services is looking for an experienced Residential Service Technician/Carpenter to join our team. We handle everything from small home repairs to full renovations, projects that let you use your skills, think creatively, and deliver results homeowners can truly appreciate.

What You’ll Be Doing
-Installing and repairing windows, doors, and sealed units
-Bathroom renovations, including tiling, fixture installation, and finishing touches
-Plumbing for vanities, showers, and other fixtures
-Light electrical work: switches, lights, and fixtures
-Installing flooring (LVP, linoleum, floating, and glue-down)
-Painting and touch-ups
-Installing trim, baseboards, and crown molding
-Basic carpentry and home repairs: knobs, weather stripping, minor fixes
-Leading or working alongside labourers as needed
-Reading work orders, planning your day, and executing with attention to detail

What We’re Looking For
-10+ years of experience in residential trades or equivalent skill level
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Positive, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset
-Comfortable taking the lead and making decisions on the job
-Own set of tools and reliable transportation
-Open to feedback and committed to producing quality work
